Paper Excellence recently announced a production curtailment at its Crofton paper facility. The curtailment will coincide with the scheduled annual maintenance of key utility assets. The outage will reduce the site’s exposure to higher-cost energy throughout this period. The curtailment will commence on September 10th, 2022, and is expected to last approximately two weeks. It is estimated that approximately 95 employees will be affected by temporary layoff notices.
